Our websites are built with a one-off £99 setup fee. Ongoing services such as hosting, domains, SEO or upgrades are charged separately.

You receive a professionally designed website based on the information you provide, usually including Home, About, Services and Contact.

Additional pages, ecommerce, booking systems or custom features are available as optional upgrades.

You own your content, images and domain. Magic Designs retains ownership of the design, theme and code structure. You are licensed to use the website while hosted on our platform.

You can move the site elsewhere for an export fee which covers preparing files and granting a licence to use the design externally.

Hosting is provided on our managed platform and billed monthly or yearly. This includes SSL, backups, updates and maintenance.

You can use an existing domain or register a new one. If Magic Designs manages your domain, renewal is billed yearly.

If hosting stops, the website goes offline. A paid export is required if you want to migrate the website elsewhere.

Professional business email addresses can be added as an optional service and billed monthly or yearly per mailbox.

SEO services can be added at any time to improve rankings, visibility and traffic.

SEO is long term. Early improvements can appear within weeks, with stronger results building over several months.

We optimise Google Business Profiles to improve local map visibility and search performance.

We can write optimised service pages, location pages and blog content as part of your SEO services.

Basic support includes small text or image changes. Larger updates, new sections or redesigns may require an upgrade.

You can edit text, images and pages via the WordPress dashboard.

Most websites are completed within a few working days, depending on how quickly content is provided.

No in-person meetings are required. Everything is handled online.

You pay for hosting and any optional services such as email, SEO or upgrades.

There are no long-term contracts unless separately agreed.

We accept major payment methods including card and bank transfer.
